We came into the project after the client already had some research work done by other company. Based on that we facilitated scoping workshop with some psychology profiling on different types of learning differences, user personas for a child and two parent types and user story maps for four roles in the platform. After that the client went to another company and done a lot of wireframes and prototypes plus a little bit of visual design. In an effort to prepare all that for our development team, we had to—essentialy—rebuild everything. Propose new, holistic visual language (logo is by previous company), colour scheme and imagery (AI photography of children). During the project we managed to add people and do interviews and user testing (by Agnieszka Kozłowska) which helped the project immensely. In the end the platform is a complex solution for parents to manage their children journey. Parent can define the child in the smallest detail, interact with carers, teachers and therapists, post feedback updates, share files, etc. Safety and privacy was of utmost importance, so the main parent can decide what particaular people in the team are seeing and what they can interact with.
