I have worked with Paweł on at least 6 projects and I can definitely recommend Paweł as a product design specialist. Each project required a lot of commitment, creativity and delivery of a product that would both meet the customer's and user's expectations and at the same time meet the best market standards. In his work, Paweł is able to present the client with the pros and cons of given solutions, analyze data from users and provide a vision of the entire product. In his daily work, he is always close to the development team so that he can verify assumptions and make necessary changes on an ongoing basis. I really appreciate that Paweł is also able to look at products from the delivery side, i.e. he designs solutions that are deliverable within a specified time, budget and within the capabilities and knowledge of a given team. As a Project Manager, I can always count on his opinions and input when talking to the client and planning work. It is very important that Paweł always keeps us informed about the status, blockers and changes in assumptions. It's hard to count how many times clients also provided very positive feedback on cooperation with Paweł. What is also worth noting is that in his work Paweł is not afraid to talk about problems, look for their sources and implement changes in the future. In terms of creativity, Paweł also surprised me many times with creative solutions to problems presented to us by users or clients. When it came to delivery, I was simply impressed with how quickly Paweł was able to deliver things I also had the opportunity to observe how Paweł cooperates with less experienced people and I was very impressed by his empathy, patience and commitment to the development process of these people. He is a great mentor who always takes care of his mentees and ensures that the tasks assigned to them are at the appropriate level. Generally, I really appreciate the opportunity to work with Paweł, he is one of those people with whom I want to carry out even the most difficult tasks or projects.
