I came into the project late after my coleague, who started the project, went for a 7-week sick leave. She had facilitated a workshop, but everything seemed not quite finished and eveyrone was in a hurry, panicking. In effect the project, instead of a smooth gallop, seemed like riding a sheep. Downhill on a rocky terrain. Despite that we managed to iron out a lot of user flows and tame the ever-growing spec that the (lovely and very kind) client was bringing constantly. One big mistake from the project was to ideate, design and try to implement the onboarding before doing all the rest of the platform. Every feature later was bringing changes to the onboarding and that informed new projects after that significantly.
